For me, the perfect time to learn English is when we started our primary school, then continue it till the secondary school thus make our progression in the next study institution smooth and excellent. In my opinion, the best time to master the English language is in childhood, and at the same time the language used at home to communicate shall be English. This is so because at that time, the children's brains are easy to learn what is taught and by using English as medium of instruction at home, they will be confident and easy to communicate with others.
