Agent : Hello pretty girls, my name is Syarafuddin from Really Real Estate Agency. I will be your personal agent to help you on getting your dream house.
Buyer 1 : Hi Syarafuddin! Nice to meet you. Can you show us what type of houses that you sale?
 

Agent : Sure! We have many type of houses such as apartment, condominium, single storey house, double storey and semi detached houses. May I know what kind of houses you’re looking for?
Buyer 2 : We’re actually looking for an affordable apartment to live for 2 persons.
Agent : Aha! Ok! How much is your budget?
Buyer 1 : Our budget will be around RM500,000.00 only.
Agent : Yesss! Luckily, we have a few apartments within your budget.
Buyer 2 : We want an apartment around our work place so it would be easier for us to go for working.
Agent : Yes! We do have one apartment that you talking about which is near Kota Samarahan located at Taman Melalawati.
 

Buyer 1 : How far is the apartment from our work place?
Agent : From what I see on this brochure, it is located only 10 km from your work place.
Buyer 2 : Great! This is what we’re looking for. So, how is the condition of the house? Is it fully furnished?
Agent : Erm, I’m sorry! It is not fully furnished, but we can recommend you to a few furniture shops so that you can get some discounts. 

Buyer 1 : Really?! Thank you so much! So, when can you show us the apartment? We can’t wait to see it.
Agent : I am available at Friday afternoon.
Buyer 2 : Great! Where can we meet?
Agent : Here is the address of the apartment. I’ll be meeting you there.
Buyer 1 : Sure. That won’t be a problem. Oh ya. I was curious, why this apartment is cheaper than the others?

 
Agent : Oh it is because the apartment is at higher level.
Buyer 2 : on which level is this apartment located?
Agent : It is located at 10th floor. 

Buyer 1: Oh okay.! That will be fine. So, who should we contact in case we cannot come on Friday?
