Product Enquiries (Furniture)

 Characters: Seller, Customer 1 (wifey), Customer 2 (chubby hubby)

Seller: Good morning, may I help you?
Customer 1 & 2: Good morning too.  
Customer 1: We are newlywed couple. We want to buy some furniture for our home. 

Seller: Owh congratulations! Sure, madam. What furniture would you like to buy?  
Customer 1: We would like to buy sofa and cupboard for our living room.
Seller: So, let’s start with the sofa first. What kind of sofa would you like, madam?  
Customer 1: I like comfy, soft and comfortable sofa so I can take a nap on it.
Seller: What about sofa colour? 
Customer 2: I prefer a light colours such as light blue, light purple or white. 

 
Customer 1: But I prefer dark colour more so the sofa will not look dirty after a long period.

Customer 2: Fine then. We will go for dark colour sofa please.
Seller: Wise choice! As you see here, we got red black and dark blue sofas, they are comfy and soft. Which one would you prefer, madam?
Customer 1: I prefer black one because black colour can easily pair with any colours.

Customer 2: I agree with you, dear.
Customer 1: We would like to buy the black sofa, please.
Seller: Okay, madam. Now, can we proceed with the cupboard? 

 
Customer 2: We would like a wooden style cupboard and safe from children approach.
Seller: We have exactly what you want sir.  
Customer 2: Great!
Seller: As you can see here, we have a fall and element cupboard with a beautiful design. It is made of a good quality wood and it is safe for children.  
Customer 2: I do not really like the design. I prefer more traditional design such as Orang Ulu craft. Do you have that kind of cupboard here?
Seller: Of course we have! Come with me.  
Customer 2: Okay.
 

Seller: Here it is. The cupboard is specially design by Orang Ulu craftsman. It is also safe for the children. It has many drawers so you can keep many things in it and organize your thing. It is very antique.  
Customer 2: Wow! Just like what I want all this time. I would like to buy it please.
Seller: Okay! Looks like you guys already make the decisions. One black sofa and the antique cupboard, right?  
 

Customer 1: Yes. How much does it cost?
Seller: If will be RM3500 for the sofa and RM2000 for the cupboard. So, the total is RM5500.  

Customer 2: Can you give us some discounts since this is our first time buying furniture?
Seller: Emm…Okay then. I can give 20% of discounts for both furnitures.
Customer 2: Thanks.  
Customer 1: When can you deliver these furniture to our house?
Seller: We can deliver them by tomorrow.  
Customer 1: Great!
Seller: Can you give your name, phone number and address so we are able to reach you when we deliver them, sir? 
Customer 2: Sure. My name is Ali Boulala. My phone number is 016-1234567. My address is NO 88 JALAN EMAS, KAMPUNG SENAI. 

Seller: Thank you, Sir. It is nice to do business with you, Sir.  
Customer 2: Thank you to you too for the nice services you gave us.
Seller: You’re welcome, sir.  
Customer 1: How can we pay for the furniture?
Seller: You can pay in cash or credit card, madam.  
Customer 1: We will pay with credit card, my hubby's card of course. (smiling at the chubby hubby)
Seller: Okay madam.  
Customer 1: Here is the card.
Seller: Okay. Your payment is done. Thank you madam.  
Customer 1: You’re welcome.
